For deburring and chamfering of complex machined surfaces! Capable of uniform and smooth processing with support for both front and back burrs! Suitable for automatic machines such as machining centers and NC milling machines.

We would like to introduce our deburring holder for MRA automatic machines, "Debarin MC." It features a built-in tension adjustment mechanism that expands and contracts by 10mm, allowing for processing of complex-shaped workpieces while keeping the tool aligned at a constant pressure. It comes with three standard types of springs and two types of pro-lead colors, which can be exchanged to adjust according to the work material and the amount of deburring required. Simple Inner Burring Holder "T10 Type"

A simple back burr removal holder that can be used with machines equipped with NC as well as robots and various dedicated machines.

The "T10 type" is a simple back burr removal holder that has a 10mm extension mechanism only in the axial direction. The holder is equipped with a built-in 10mm extension mechanism, allowing for processing while constantly applying pressure to the cutting edge against the back burr removal machining surface. Automatic "Skilled Worker Level Deburring" Achieved with FINESYSTEM's Deburring Robot Cell

Burrs refer to protrusions or excess parts that occur during the processes of metalworking or resin (plastic) processing, and they generally have irregular and sharp shapes. According to JIS standard JIS B 0051, they are defined as "residues on parts from machining or molding processes that are external remnants of geometric shapes at the edges of corners."
